Mr. Barrett brings a wealth of experience from his distinguished career, having served in high-level government and international appointments. Most recently, he held the prestigious role of Chief of Staff for Mr. David Beasley, Executive Director of the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) in Rome. Before that, he excelled as the Senior Director of WFP's Washington D.C. office, where he interacted with foreign Ambassadors, Heads of State, and oversaw the operations of six global regional Directors.
